A huge whole school tree planting project at Greenpark Academy saw 925 trees and shrubs planted into some of the most challenging clay soil. Over two weeks every child and adult had the opportunity to plant a tree with Year 5 helping me to lead the project. They developed all the skills necessary to then help younger children.
