Nicola Marray-Woods

Completed just before the first Covid lockdown, this mural was designed and painted with the patients and staff of the mental health ward. It draws on the serenity of the coastline where samphire grows in Norfolk and hidden throughout is a range of positive words selected by the participants. We played music as we painted and very aptly there is a 'Ship called Dignity'.
