I provide a range of creative services, many of these take the form of workshops. This particular project was for King's Lynn West Norfolk Borough Council. Wellbeing in the work place has always been a core aspect of my practice, this workshop focused on the use of art to aid and better wellbeing. To be able to stop and create allows individuals to unwind, let their creativity thrive and imagination flow. In these workshops we explored making collages and our own zines/mini books. After being shown the steps, the participants were able to work at their own pace allowing the materials to inform their creative choices.
