Heritage Open Day 2026
These are the postcards I have created depicting 15 of the historic buildings you can visit during King’s Lynn’s Heritage Open Day on Sunday 13th September 2026. The King’s Lynn Civic Society will be giving away a limited number but you will have to visit the relevant building to be in with a chance! Look for the pencil icon in the guide to find where they are https://www.kingslynncivicsociety.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/1390-54-Heritage-Open-Day-2026-A5-programme-WEB.pdf
These pictures, and many more, originated from a 2m long ‘Illustrated History of King’s Lynn’ scroll I created in conjunction with Historic England and Stories of Lynn. It depicts events, the river and buildings from 1204 to the present and, for Heritage Open Day, it is available for 20% off until 27th September 2026 It comes with information sheets on the illustrations. A copy will be on display in Hanse House on the day. See my linktree in bio for more info.
As a bonus for Heritage Open Day 2026, I have also collaborated with King’s Lynn Civic Society to create a colouring book of the historic buildings postcards, with an extra illustration Greyfriars too!
